The Cedar Falls Police Department, the Waterloo Police Department and Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers are asking for the public’s help. According to both departments they are currently investigating the alleged theft of bank cards out of vehicles. The Cedar Falls incident occurred in the area of W 12th Street/Lexington and the Waterloo incident occurred on Wendy between Rachel and Olympic.
