Tip Leads to Arrest
On 3-6-21 the Waterloo Police Department, acting on a tip from Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers, located and arrested William Channing Riley DOB 5-11-88, in the 2000 Block of La Porte Road reference his three Probation Violations.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
