On 3-8-21 the Waterloo Police Department located and arrested Tywon Howse DOB 4-13-91 in the 1200 Block of Langley Road. Howse was transported to the Black Hawk County Jail and booked in on his warrant for Sexual Abuse 3rd Degree.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
