Tip Leads to Arrest
On 4-25-23 the Waterloo Police Department, acting on a tip from Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers, located and arrested Skye Nicole Johnson DOB 10-24-97, in the 500 Block of Oak Avenue reference her Probation Violation warrant.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
