Tip Leads to Arrest
On 1-31-21 the Black Hawk County Sheriff’s Office, acting on a tip from Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers, located and arrested Samuel Joseph Overton DOB 6-4-98 in the 4700 Block of E Washburn Road. Overton was transported to the Black Hawk County Jail and booked in on his warrants for Domestic Assault- Serious and a Probation Violation.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
