Tip Leads to Arrest
On 2-17-23 the Waterloo Police Department, acting a tip from Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers, located and arrested Ozzie Simonard Telford, DOB 11-6-89, in the 3400 block of Airline Highway. Telford was later booked in on his warrants for Credit Card Fraud x2, Harassment 1st Degree, Criminal Mischief 4th Degree, Eluding, Probation Violation and a new charge of Interference with Official Acts.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent.
