UPDATE
On 11-11-19 the Waterloo Police Department located and arrested Nathaniel Steven Hartness DOB 5-19-96. Hartness was transported to the Black Hawk County Jail and booked in on his warrants for Voluntary Absence (Possession with Intent to Distribute to a Person Under 18) as well as new charges of Interference with Official Acts, Harassment 1st Degree, Assault Causing Serious Injury and Assault Causing Bodily Injury.
