Tip Leads to Arrest
On 2-12-22 the Waterloo Police Department, acting on a tip from Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers, located and arrested Matthew Clemens Bergmann DOB 8-31-68 in the 700 Block of W 8th Street. Bergmann was transported to the Black Hawk County Jail and booked in on a warrant for a Probation Violation and Failure to Appear.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
