Tip Leads to Arrests
On 3-4-21 the Waterloo Police Department, acting on a tip from Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers, located and arrested Koilyn Seth Walker DOB 12-23-72 and Bonita Lorice Jones DOB 1-10-76 in the 2000 Block of LaPorte Road. Both were transported to the Black Hawk County Jail where Walker and Jones were both booked in on separate Failure to Appear warrants.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
