Tip Leads to Arrest
On 11-17-21 the Cedar Falls Police Department, acting on a tip from Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers, located and arrested Justice Xavier Gunhus DOB 5-12-02, in the 1800 Block of W 8th Street. Gunhus was transported to the Black Hawk County Jail and booked in on his warrants for Probation Violation x2 and Voluntary Absence from Custody.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
