On 11-11-20 the Waterloo Police Department, acting on a tip from Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers, located and arrested Johnquavius Antoine Jones DOB 11-14-92, in the 1700 Block of Broadway Street. Jones was transported to the Black Hawk County Jail and booked in on warrants for Burglary 3rd Degree and Theft 3rd Degree.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
