Tip Leads to Arrest
On 11-16-20 the Waterloo Police Department, acting on a tip from Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers, located and arrested Joel Leonard Caughron DOB 9-14-89. Caughron was placed under arrest and transported to the Black Hawk County Jail and booked in on his warrants for Parole Violation x3 and Voluntary Absence.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
