Tip Leads to Arrest
On 1-26-22 the Waterloo Police Department, acting on a tip from Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers, located and arrested Jennifer Marie Becker DOB 3-26-89 in the 500 Block of Montero Drive. Becker was transported to the Black Hawk County Jail and booked in on her warrants for Voluntary Absence and Violation of Probation x2.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
