Tip Leads to Arrest
On 5-2-23 the Waterloo Police Department, acting on a tip from Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers, located and arrested Herman Lamond Wise Jr DOB 12-26-58, in the area of MLK JR Dr/Walnut St. Wise was transported to the jail and booked in on his Mittimus warrant as well as a warrant for Assault.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
