Tip Leads to Arrest
On 4-24-23 the Waterloo Police Department, acting on a tip from Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers, located and arrested Heather Johnson DOB 2-22-85, in the 700 Block of Moir Street reference her warrant for Harassment 1st Degree.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
