On 3-1-22 the Waterloo Police Department, acting on a tip from Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers located and arrested Darren Maurice Alford DOB 6-8-67 in the 300 Block of Adams. Alford was transported to the Black Hawk County Jail and booked in on warrants for Violation of a No-Contact Order, Criminal Mischief 5th Degree, Assault Causing Bodily Injury and Violation of Probation.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
