The Waterloo Police Department and Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers are asking for the public’s help. On September 13th, 2020 the Waterloo Police Department responded to a large number of cases where car tires had been slashed. The Waterloo Police Department believes the two males in the pictures were in the area around the time of the vandalisms and may have information that would be useful in their investigation.
