Tip Leads to Arrest
On 9-4-20 the Waterloo Police Department and Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers asked for the public’s help reference an alleged theft. Thanks to numerous tips the male was identified as Zachary Allen Smith DOB 8-24-84. On 10-13-20 Smith turned himself in at the Black Hawk County Jail reference his warrants for Theft 3rd x 2 and Removal of Theft Detection Device.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
