On 10-29-20 the Waterloo Police Department, acting on a tip from Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers, located and arrested Wayde Clark Rasmussen DOB 9-21-60 in the 1000 Block of Longfellow Avenue. Rasmussen was transported to the Black Hawk County Jail and booked in on his warrants for Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Precursors x 2, Tax Stamp Violation and Possession of a Controlled Substance – 3rd Offense.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
