On 5-22-25 the Waterloo Police Department, acting on a tip from Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers, located and arrested Tyron Parrow Jr in the 600 block of Keystone St reference his two Failure to Appear Warrants.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
