Tip Leads to Arrest
On July 29th the Cedar Falls Police Department and Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers asked for the public’s help in identifying a male reference an alleged theft at Walmart. Thanks to numerous callers the male was identified as Travis Ray Mangrich DOB 9-23-78. A warrant was issued charging Mangrich charging him with Theft 5th Degree and on August 9th he turned himself in at the Black Hawk County Jail.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
