On 11-11-24 the Waterloo Police Department and Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers asked for the public’s help reference a fraud investigation. Thanks to a tip warrants were issued for Savanna Rose Estal DOB 12-16-96 and Tanner James Haugh DOB 9-19-95. Both have been arrested and were booked in at the Black Hawk County Jail on four counts of Unauthorized Credit Card Use.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
