Tip Leads to Arrests
On 5-30-25 the Waterloo Police Department, acting on a tip from Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers located and arrested Stephen Quail in the 1600 block of Guernsey Ct reference warrants for Failure to Appear and Violation of Parole. A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
