On 4-29-22 the Waterloo Police Department and Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers asked for the public’s help in identifying a male reference a suspected theft. After receiving numerous tips the Waterloo Police Department issued a warrant charging Stephen Miller DOB 1-23-79 with Theft 3rd Degree.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
