Tip Leads to Arrest
On 6-23-21 the Waterloo Police Department, acting on a tip from Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers, located and arrested Shantrece Pleshette Kincaid DOB 8-9-76 in the 200 Block of Cottage Street reference her warrant for a Parole Violation.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
