Tips Lead to Arrest
On 11-2-22 the Waterloo Police Department and Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers asked for the public’s help reference a female and an alleged theft. Thanks to numerous tips the female was identified as Savanna Patrice Echols DOB 8-23-99. On 11-21-22 Echols was charged with Theft in the 5th Degree.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
