Tip Leads to Arrest
On 4-26-23 the Waterloo Police Department, acting on a tip from Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers, located and arrested Sarah Cox DOB 1-24-86 in the 1300 block of Donald Street. Cox was transported to the Black Hawk County Jail and booked in on her Probation Violation and new charge of Violation of a No-Contact Order.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
