Tip Leads to Arrest
On 11-14-25 the Waterloo Police Department, acting on a tip from Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers, located and arrested Samuel Roberson in the 1600 Block of Mt Carmel Drive, reference his warrant for Voluntary Absence from Custody.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
