Tip Leads to Arrest
On 10-24-21 the Waterloo Police Department, acting on a tip from Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers, located and arrested Pauline Bearbower DOB 4-8-80 in the 3300 Blk of University. Bearbower was transported to the Black Hawk County Jail and booked in on her warrant for Burglary 2nd Degree.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
