Tip Leads to Arrest
On 7-18-23 the Cedar Falls Police Department and Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers asked for the public’s help reference a theft investigation. Thanks to a tip the person in the picture was identified as Nicole Ann Puente-Morales. Charges were issued for Puente-Morales and on 911-23 she was arrested for Theft in the 4th Degree.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
