Tip Leads to Arrest
On 5-30-21 the Waterloo Police Department and Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers asked for the public’s help reference an alleged fraud. Thank to a tip the female was identified as Nadjy Anita Lincoln DOB 4-30-82. Warrants were issued for Lincoln charging her with Credit Card Fraud x5. Lincoln was located and arrested in Polk County and transferred back to the Black Hawk County Jail.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
