Tip Leads to Arrest
On 1-18-22 the Waterloo Police Department, acting on a tip from Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers, located and arrested Mitch Eugene Fluhr DOB 11-1-91 in the 1400 Block of Grant Avenue. Fluhr was transported to the Black Hawk County Jail and booked in on his two Mittimus warrants.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
