Tip Leads to Arrest
On August 4th, 2022 the Waterloo Police Department and Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers asked for the public’s help reference an alleged theft. Thanks to a tip the male was identified as Michael George Mitchell DOB 5-12-94. A warrant was issued for Theft 3rd and Mitchell was placed under arrest on 9-9-22.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
