Tip Leads to Arrest
On 7-31-25 the Waterloo Police Department, acting on a tip from Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers, located and arrested Melina Rundel in the 200 block of Lafayette Street reference her warrant for Child Endangerment Causing Bodily Injury.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
