On January 28th,2022 the Waterloo Police Department and Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers asked for the public’s help in identifying a female reference an alleged fraud. Thanks to numerous callers the female was identified as Lori Jean Booker DOB 3-3-79. On 2-27-22 Booker was located and arrested on eight warrants for Unauthorized Use of a Credit Card.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
