Tip Leads to Arrest
On 2-15-21 the Waverly Police Department, acting on a tip from Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers, located and arrested Lonnie Joe Cochran DOB 6-30-67 reference his warrant for Failure to Register- 2nd Offense.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
