Tip Leads to Arrest
On 4-19-21 the Waterloo Police Department and Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers asked for the public’s help reference a theft. Thanks to a tip Leann Marie Freeman DOB 4-2-73 was charged with Theft in the 5th Degree.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
