Tip Leads to Arrest
On June 24th, 2020 the Waterloo Police Department and Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers asked for help identifying a female reference a theft at Menards. Thanks to numerous tips the female was identified as Kristy Leigh Hall DOB 2-15-95. On 7-15-20 Hall was arrested by the Black Hawk County Sheriff’s Office on two warrants for Theft in the 3rd Degree.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
