Tip Leads to Arrest
On October 26th, 2023 the Waterloo Police Department asked for the public’s help reference an alleged arson. After receiving a tip a warrant was issued for Kristen Michelle Golliher DOB 9-24-85. On 11-21-23 Golliher was arrested for Arson in the 1st Degree.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
