Update
On 3-10-20 the Cedar Falls Police Department and Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers asked for the public’s help reference an alleged theft at Walmart. On 3-10-20 Keri Lea Smith DOB 10-15-89 turned herself in at the Cedar Falls Police Department and was charged with Theft 5th.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
