Tip Leads to Arrest
On 10-21-20 the Waterloo Police Department, acting on a Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers’ tip, located and arrested Kelen John Nosko DOB in the 2300 Block of Logan Avenue. Nosko was transported to the Black Hawk County Jail and booked in on his warrants for Pre-Revocation x3, Violation of a No-Contact Order x3, Harassment 1str Degree, Harassment 3rd Degree and Failure to Appear.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
