On 5-22-25 the Waterloo Police Department, acting on a tip from Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers, located and arrested Katrina Elizabeth Ward in the 400 block of Sycamore St reference her Probation Violation warrant.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
