On 12-6-19 the Waterloo Police Department, acting on a tip from Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers, located and arrested Joshua Lee Marsh DOB 8-24-93 and Lakoda Louise Christensen DOB 6-27-96 in the 100 Block of Carrington.
Marsh was booked in at the Black Hawk County Jail on the charges of Theft 3rd Degree, Theft 5th Degree, Criminal Trespassing, Interference with Official Acts, Driving While License Suspended, Driving While License Barred and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Christensen was booked in on her warrant for Voluntary Absence.
