On 2-22-22 the Waterloo Police Department, acting on a tip from Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers, located and arrested Jorge Antonio Cortez DOB 4-23-74 on a warrant for Theft 5th Degree.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
