Tip Leads to Arrest
On 5-5-23 the Waterloo Police Department, acting on a tip from Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers, located and arrested John Thomas Reardon DOB 10-26-77 in the 3000 Block of Marnie Avenue reference his Parole Violation warrant.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
