Tip Leads to Arrest
On 11-8-21 the Waterloo Police Department and Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers asked for the public’s help reference an alleged theft. Thanks to a tip the male was identified as Jeremy Lee Elledge DOB 4-15-81. On 12-7-21 Elledge was charged with Theft in the 5th Degree.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
