Tip Leads to Arrest
On 3-23-26, the Waterloo Police Department, acting on a tip, located and arrested Jeremy Behrends in the 200 block of Reed St. Behrends was transported to the Black Hawk County Jail and booked in on his warrant for Sex Offender Registry Violation- 2nd Offense, Failure to Appear and Possession of a Controlled Substance- 2nd Offense.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent
