Tip Leads to Arrest
On 7-27-20 the Waterloo Police Department, acting on a tip from Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers, located and arrested Jeremiah Hemenway DOB 3-22-79, in the 3300 Block of University Avenue.
Hemenway was transported to the Black Hawk County Jail and booked in on a warrant for Failure to Register-2nd Offense and for a Parole Violation.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
