Tip Leads to Arrest
On 2-16-26, the Waterloo Police Department, acting on a tip from Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers, located and arrested Jamie Tobar in the 600 block of Broadway Street reference warrants for Voluntary Absence from Custody and 2 counts of Violation of Probation.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent
