Tip Leads to Arrest
On 10-31-22 the Waterloo Police Department, acting on a tip from Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers located and arrested Jake Raymond Dale Grinstead DOB 2-25-85 in the 700 block of Newton Street. Grinstead was transported to the Black Hawk County Jail and booked in on a Probation Violation warrant.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
